Episode 5 BAD VEGAN

Saturday Mar 21, 2026

Saturday Mar 21, 2026

Ever wonder why dating in 2026 still feels like we’re running ancient software on a glitchy new system? This week on a cunts guide to peace, I dig into my theory of outdated genetic coding—the idea that our brains are still wired for survival patterns that made sense thousands of years ago… but now just leave us ghosting, chasing, self-sabotaging, and calling it “chemistry.” Are you actually in love, or just biologically misfiring? Yeah, we’re going there. Then we pivot (hard) into the chaos of “bad vegan” a story that’s less about plant-based living and more about manipulation, delusion, and how far someone can drift from reality when desire overrides discernment. It’s wild, uncomfortable, and honestly… a little too relatable in ways we don’t like to admit. This episode is about patterns biological, emotional, and psychological and how they quietly run the show until you clock them.If you’ve ever ignored a red flag, romanticized dysfunction, or felt stuck in loops you can’t explain… this one’s for you.Come for the theory, stay for the uncomfortable truths.Peace (the chaotic kind) 🖤

s02E4 "hey beautiful"

Friday Mar 06, 2026

Friday Mar 06, 2026

What if the chaos in modern dating isn’t just bad behavior… but outdated genetic coding running the show?
In this episode of A Cunt’s Guide to Peace, I break down the wild Catfish documentary “Hey Beautiful” and use it as a case study for something I call outdated genetic coding — the old biological signals that once helped humans bond, choose partners, and survive… but are now colliding with the internet, dating apps, and digital identities.
Why do we fall for people we’ve never met?Why do certain words, attention patterns, or emotional cues hook us so deeply? And why do those signals still work—even when the person on the other side isn’t who they say they are?
Because our brains are still responding to ancient programming in a very modern world.
This episode is part documentary breakdown, part dating anthropology, and part existential laugh about the absolute circus that is online romance.
If you’ve ever wondered “how did someone fall for that?” — this conversation might answer more than you expect.

EPISODE 3 SWEET BOBBY

Friday Feb 20, 2026

Friday Feb 20, 2026

What if your DNA is running your love life… and it’s about 200,000 years out of date? this episode covers netflix's "Sweet Bobby" I unpack how outdated genetic coding may have helped enable one of the most astonishing nine-year catfishing stories - proving that even intelligent women can be outmatched by both evolution and Wi-Fi.

Episode 2 "tinder swindler"

Friday Feb 06, 2026

Friday Feb 06, 2026

Ever accidentally dated a “diamond mogul”… who turned out to be a financial black hole?
Episode 2 of A C*nts Guide to Peace – Season 2 is OUT NOW and we’re diving headfirst into the wild world of Tinder Swindler Simon Leviev
I’m unpacking the chaos, the manipulation, and my spicy little theory about how our outdated genetic coding might actually make us WAY more vulnerable to smooth-talking con artists than we’d like to admit.
It’s juicy, it’s fascinating, it’s slightly unhinged… and as always, we’re finding peace through the madness.
Listen now Tell me… could YOU spot a swindler? Come for the scandal, stay for the self-awareness

Have you ever looked back at an old… let’s call them a chapter… and thought, with a full-body shudder, “why on earth did I ever find that smouldering skip-fire attractive?”Well, welcome to Season Two of A Cnt’s Guide to Peace, in which I present my perfectly serious, entirely “academic” thesis: that many of our worst dating decisions aren’t personal failings at all, but the result of outdated biological software still running in the background -much like the world’s most useless antivirus program that insists on updating itself at precisely the wrong moment. In this noble pursuit, I bring you famous case studies to support my argument that both men and women still respond to ancient internal coding. Women, for instance, have inherited a delightful ancestral alarm system designed for survival in an era when “remaining unmarried” was essentially a polite euphemism for “good luck with the wolves.” Men, meanwhile, have their own outdated firmware convincing them that female submission is not only expected but somehow their birthright-an evolutionary hangover roughly as useful as a floppy disk in 2026.You may be familiar with the infamous tale of “Dirty John,” who terrorised Debra Newell and eventually attempted to kill her daughter -an extreme example of how these primitive instincts can go catastrophically haywire when applied in modern society. In this episode, I explain precisely how my theory slots into this disastrous saga, like a puzzle piece no one asked for but suddenly makes dreadful sense. And who knows -perhaps it might shed some light on your own perplexing romantic history. Aren’t you just a bit curious to discover whether it wasn’t “poor judgement” after all, but merely your internal software throwing an error message from the Palaeolithic? Season Two of @acntsguidetopeace premieres TOMORROW , friday January 23!You can find it on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Podbean, or wherever you indulge your free therapy! #podcast #acntsguidetopeace #sober #painter #fitness #truecrime #dirtyjohn

🎙️ New Episode: “Sober vs. Cali Sober”Longtime sober legend (and rock star) Tommy Vext drops by the studio - and what started as a quick hello turned into a full-on debate! We dive into the whole “sober vs. Cali sober” conversation — why I don’t totally hate the term (even if, let’s be real, you can’t reinvent “sober”), and why I think scaling back before getting fully clean can actually be part of the process.Tommy, who’s hardcore traditional recovery, breaks down why he finds the term “Cali sober” not just misleading… but kinda offensive. It’s real talk, a little debate, and a lot of laughs. Enjoy!

I could try to explain the absolute disaster that was this flight - BOTH ways - but where do I even begin? Let’s just say I’ve enjoyed years of smooth, carefree travel… so apparently the universe decided I was long overdue for a train wreck in the sky. And oh, did it deliver. Here’s the kicker: among the things that went missing in the lost luggage was the portable podcast gear we were going to use for the Paul Harris interview in London. So not only did we have canceled flights and delays, but now we’re macgyvering a podcast with iPhones. So lets rant together about this epic travel mess - and meet the wonderful Paul Harris, who was supposed to headline a full episode. Welcome to my first “sorta” solo show: turbulence, missing bags, and pure improvisation

POV:You’re abandoned as a newborn in Thailand - and your rescuers discover you have no legs.
Fast forward 30+ years… you’re a recording holding professional skater?
Meet Kanya Sesser - one of the most inspiring, magnetic people I’ve ever met. She radiates positivity; when she walks (or rather, rolls) into a room, everyone’s energy rises to meet hers.
In this episode, we covered it all. Honestly, I barely had to ask questions - this two-time Guinness World Record–holding athlete is an open book.
We talked about: How she became a pro athlete in a sport dominated by people with legs-What intimacy looks like with her 6'3" boyfriend (who I even got to interview!)-Whether she’s ever been fetishized -Why she chooses not to use prosthetics and MORE
It was real, raw, funny, and just a vibe.

Episode 15 Feat Vicky

Friday Oct 03, 2025

Friday Oct 03, 2025

Picture this: you’re in your first year of sobriety, and you find out your father-the pilot you grew up both fearing and loving-took his own life by crashing his plane. Now imagine a childhood where food was withheld because he thought you were overweight, where you learned to sneak and hide just to eat. Imagine being disowned when you developed the very same addictions and disorders he struggled with himself. Layer that with the chaos of puberty, sexual abuse, and the everyday storms of being a teenager-and you’re only beginning to understand Vicky’s story. And yet, here she is. Incredibly funny. Incredibly talented. Strong. Humorous. A young woman who carries both her pain and her light in the same breath. I admire her more than I can even put into words. This isn’t even half of it-we already know there has to be a part two. But for now, this is Vicky. Brave beyond measure, finding her feet again in a new reality where the person she feared most, and also loved most, is gone and learning what life is without him

I had the absolute joy of sitting down with one of my favorite humans, the incomparable actor Max Martini! My first encounter with Max wasn’t in real life but on screen—through his unforgettable role as Mac in The Unit, one of my all-time favorite characters. Years later, life tossed in a twist: I moved to NYC, started dating someone, and—surprise—it turned out he was a close friend of Max’s. We crossed paths briefly, and then nearly fifteen years went by before I bumped into him again… at, of all places, The Mecca. This time I was sober, and when I went up to say hello, Max greeted me with the kind of warm, genuine smile that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. From that moment, a real friendship was born.In our conversation, we dive into everything from addiction and its grip on society, to road rage (yes, really), to the talks he has with his kids about navigating a world that glamorizes alcohol and drugs. He shares how he brought one of my favorite characters to life, and—most importantly when he’s finally taking me out for pancakes and shooting practice.Max is not just a remarkable actor. he’s one of the kindest, most grounded people I’ve ever met. I can’t wait for you to hear this one. enjoy!
